Description of Straightening Machine

Operation mode
Stretch one end of the round tube (bar) to be straightened into the middle of the wheels on both sides, and drive the rollers distributed on both sides forward through the motor, multi gear reducer pulley (variable frequency speed regulation) and the double-sided drive of the chain to complete the straightening of the straightening workpiece
Structure of Straightening Machine
The straightening method is one-line straightening and continuous work. It adopts the technology of Taiwan Technology straightening machine, which is used for the straightening processing of metal tubes (bars), and has a certain effect of calendering and rounding.
This unit is composed of main engine, feeding guide device/exit guide bush, electrical system, lubrication system, automatic feeding and discharging rack (optional), etc.

It is composed of frame device, main transmission device, left roller adjusting device, right roller adjusting device, straightening roller angle adjusting device and straightening roller device.
Ø Rack unit
The frame of the equipment is composed of casting body, steel plate, channel steel, left and right seat and so on. The telescopic sleeve has a tightness adjustment, and the inner and outer plane bearings are added.
