CNC Process for Aluminum Alloy Cast

Precision aluminum alloy cast is made in strict accordance with 6061T6 standard set by China ensuring mechanical and airtight property regarding vacuum pump made of aluminum alloy and reliability of brake system for vacuum pump for vehicle.

Aluminum alloy aluminum pig 6061T6 material, melt by high temperature, automatically casted into 500T die-casting machine to mould cavity. After being formed, the aluminum alloy is catch by arm to facilitate spray stripper entering into it for demoulding. Condensed air carries glass bead to blast sand on the surface of it for  debur.  

Dimensions of vacuum casts of aluminum alloy and other parts and components required precision CNC process. Precision CNC equipment activate high quality coated cutting tool to start high speed cutting operation and take advantage of oily cutting fluid to cool and lubricate cutting tools. Tolerance of dimensions meets the requirements for drawings. Precise three coordinates, micrometer, height gauge is designed to check dimensions.

Vacuum pump is core mechanical unit in brake system. Reasonable structure and proper selection provide enough amount of braking force. Aluminum alloy material features low density, light height and high mechanical property and contains PEEK wear-resistant materials. It is an important part in parts and components for vehicle.
