Product Features

This type small rice peeling machine for experiment use is a special instrument for paddy rice quality detection, which is mainly used for the detection of rice head rice rate and potential milling yield from paddy and from husked rice.

The equipment is mainly composed of milling system, milled rice collection system, bran powder collection system and circuit control system. The equipment adopts diamond grinding wheel, bran powder separation system and automatic control system to realize one-key operation, which can automatically stop, automatically collect polished rice, and automatically separate bran powder. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, easy operation and so on.

The equipment meets the relevant technical index requirements of GB/T 21499-2008 "Rice-Determination of the Potential Milling Yield From Paddy and From Husked Rice "and GB/T 21719-2008 "Determination of Head Rice Yield of Paddy".

Function Introduction

The main parts of this machine are shown in figure 1 and 2.

(Figure 1)

(Figure 2)

Directions for use

(1) The sample preparation

Use rice huller to husk rice and prepare unpolished rice samples.

PS: there should be no stone, glass or other hard materials in the selected brown rice samples, so as not to damage the grinding disc and grinding chamber.

As far as possible, the test sample quality should be selected as the best milling quantity specified by the equipment, so as to achieve the best milling effect.

PS: when the optimum milling amount is exceeded, the milling time will increase greatly, the surface of rice grains and the residual layer of the dorsal groove will be uneven, and the amount of broken rice will increase.

(2) The power supply connection

First, place the machine on a horizontal working table, then connect one end of the power cord to the power socket of the equipment (as shown in figure 2), and finally connect the other end of the power cord to the power socket of the laboratory.

(3) Equipment inspection

Slide the cover switch with your left hand to the left, and gently hold the cover with your right hand to open it smoothly (as shown in figure 3). After opening the cover, observe whether there are any samples or other residues left on the polished rice collection box and the grinding disc. If so, remove them in time.

(4) Power supply inspection

Press the "power switch" button to check whether the equipment is energized. If normal, the time shows "00" and the green light above the button is on and flashing. If not, please check whether the main power switch is on or whether the fuse is normal.

(Figure 3)

(5) Sample preparation operation

Weigh the brown rice sample according to the best grinding amount.

Put the sample on the millstone (as shown in Figure 4) and close the upper cover.

PS: If the cover cannot be closed properly, the equipment cannot be started.

Do not open the upper cover during work.

Before closing the upper cover, please clean the surface of the millstone.

When closing the upper cover, push down firmly until the locking clasp locks it.

(Figure 4)

(6) Grinding time setting

After the lid is closed, the grinding time is set according to the variety of the sample. The specific method is as follows:

Press "tens" button to set the tens place of grinding time, and then press "ones place" button to set the ones place of grinding time, as shown in figure 5.

PS: every time you press the "tens place" button, the time increases by 10s, and every time you press the "ones place" button, the time increases by 1s.

Press the button gently to avoid damaging it.

(Figure 5)

The initial grinding time setting is as follows:

Japonica rice: set 35s;

Indica: set 40s;

High-quality rice (long grain type): Set 45s.

After the first grinding, use the dyeing method to determine whether the grinding accuracy of the sample is in accordance with the requirements. If the accuracy is too high, please replace the sample and reduce the grinding time. If the accuracy is too low, please replace the sample and increase the grinding time.

For specific operation, please refer to GB/ T21719-2008 "Determination of head rice yield of paddy" to determine the best grinding amount and the best grinding time.

(7) Rice polishing operation

After setting the time, press the "start/stop" button and the equipment will start grinding.

During the milling process, the time is reduced by seconds, and the bran powder generated by the milling automatically enters into the bran powder collection box through the suction fan and air duct.

After the countdown is completed, the machine will automatically open the discharging door. The samples in the grinding chamber will automatically enter the polished rice collection box, and then buzz the alarm, indicating that the grinding has been completed.

When the buzzer is over, open the lid.

Note: if there are many small particles of broken rice or other residues around and on the upper wall of the millstone when the upper cover is opened after the completion of rice milling, the residue can be cleaned to the millstone in the grinding chamber with a brush. Then, set the time as 03s in mode (6) and close the upper cover. Finally press the "start/ stop" button to make the equipment run idling, and then throw the residue in the grinding chamber into the pollish rice collection box.

PS: you must hear the beeping sound before you can open the cover!

After grinding, take out the polished rice collection box and get the polished rice sample. When taking out the polished rice collection box, it is necessary to move the box outwardly and then pull the box upward (as shown in figure 6).

(Figure 6)

(8) Cleanup work

After each grinding is completed, the instrument grinding chamber and the bran powder collection box need to be cleaned.

First clean the millstone. While cleaning, use one finger to press the millstone to prevent it from rotating, and use the other hand to brush the excess residue on the working surface of the millstone until it is basically clean (as shown in Figure 7).

PS: It is recommended to clean the surface of the millstone with a steel brush after the end of the experiment every day, which can extend the life of the machine.

Then continue to clean the bran powder collection box. While cleaning, first remove the cover of the bran powder collection box and clean it with a brush. Secondly, remove the bran powder collection box and pour out the internal bran powder (as shown in Figure 8).

PS: It is not necessary to clean the bran powder collection box after each test, and it can be cleaned after continuously grinding 3-5 samples.

During use, please clean the bran powder in time to prevent the bran powder from clogging the suction duct, affecting the performance of the machine and causing equipment failure.
