Description:
UL3195 hook up wire is made of tinned copper, the insulation is PVC,the conductor is usually 19 strands, elesun cable can produce from 22awg to 6awg to meet different application requirements.
Application :
UL style 3195 lead wire is a general-purpose electronic hook up wire, used in the internal wiring of appliances and electronic equipment, it can resistant to water, oil,acid, solvent and fungus .
The jacket is XLPE (Cross-Linked PE) ,the rated voltage is 600 voltage, it can be used where temperatures range from -20℃ to +125℃. UL3195 lead wire can also use as internal wiring in appliances that are exposed to oil which does not exceed 125℃ in temperature.
Tips: What is XLPE?
XLPE is the abbreviation of cross-linked polyethylene, polyethylene is a linear molecular structure, easily deformed at high temperatures. The cross-linked polyethylene process makes it into a network structure. This structure, even at high temperatures, has a strong resistance to deformation. XLPE cable material is a kind of organic peroxide containing polyethylene. This peroxide in high temperature and high pressure and inert gas environment, and polyethylene chemical reaction,that is XLPE.
Best Properties of XLPE hook up wire:
1. XLPE cable has excellent electrical properties.
2. Dielectric loss is lower than PVC insulation .
3. Capacitance of XLPE cable is good.
4. Easy to lay the XLPE cable such as UL3195 is another advantage. XLPE cable has a smaller bending radius, which is lighter than other similar cables and has a relatively simple terminal handling.
5. XLPE hook up wire does not contain oil, so when lay XLPE cables, you need not consider the route, there is no oil due to drip and laying of the situation.
