Performance characteristics

1. Significantly improve the strength of paper, shorten the aging time, reduce production cost

2. Completely replace the external sizing agent, and has excellent water resistance.

Usage method:

1. Dosage: 10-20kg per ton of paper

2. Gelatinization process, when the temperature reaching 70℃ must slow down the heating rate, keep temperature more than 20 minutes when reaching 93-95℃to ensure adequate reaction of starch and other materials.

3. Gelatinized starch viscosity must reach about 50-80mpa which is good for film forming properties of starch paste to ensure ring strength of finished paper and other physical properties.the viscosity can be adjusted by control amount of ammonium sulfate .

4.When using amylase,add solid surface sizing after strach gelatinization (temperature to 93℃ ) and keep temperature more than 20 minutes

5. Keep sizing temperature 80-85℃for controling sticky roller. Lower temperatures may cause it.

Package and storage:

25kg woven plastic bags.

Stored in a cool place, to avoid exposure.
